- Deposits and Payments
All deposits and payments made for Liv’s Surf Camp are non-refundable. By making a payment, you confirm your agreement to these terms. - Transferring Your Place
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another individual. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange this transfer, including finding a replacement participant and managing any related communications or payments. Liv’s Surf Camp will not be liable for any inconvenience caused during this process. - Payment Deadlines
All payment deadlines must be adhered to in order to secure your place on the trip. Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking, and any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable. - Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to deliver the itinerary as advertised, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. Liv’s Surf Camp reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or activities if necessary. - Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance covering surfing, transportation delays, and medical emergencies. Liv’s Surf Camp cannot be held responsible for any incidents arising from lack of insurance. - Liability
Participation in activities such as surfing involves inherent risks. By joining Liv’s Surf Camp, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Liv’s Surf Camp and its team are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip. - Conduct and Group Harmony
To maintain a positive group atmosphere, all participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and staff. Liv’s Surf Camp reserves the right to remove individuals from the trip in cases of disruptive or unsafe behaviour without a refund. - Communication
